Simply call us at 896-1166 to make an appointment in which both Norm and Deven both will be available to discuss design ideas and options.  Please reserve at least an hour at this initial meeting, as we are a true custom builder and will modify any plan to fit your needs or draw one from scratch. If you don't already have a building lot, we will be happy to show you one of the lots that we have purchased and reserved for our clients, or we will be happy to assist you in locating a lot.

 Once you have decided on a floor plan and a lot we sign a Purchase Agreement and begin our process. We will be happy to secure the construction loan at no extra charge to you, or work within the parameters of your own construction loan. We do require $1000 earnest money at the signing of the Purchase Agreement, and a 5% Construction Deposit prior to closing on the construction loan.

Please note that all construction deposits are considered non-refundable. While plans are at the city waiting for building permits we multi-task by making selections at our Design Center. There, you choose all of the colors and custom design features that will transform the blueprints into your new home, with it's own unique style and personality designed to fit you!
